We promise to ship your part on time. Order any part with the availability of "In Stock" before 1pm Central Time (11am Pacific Time) and we'll ship it out on the same day it was ordered (business days only, orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will ship on the following business day). If we fail to ship your in-stock part out on time, call us for a coupon, good for one year, worth 15% off your next order.
We understand how critical it may be to get replacement parts to fix your broken appliance. Therefore, we offer expedited as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States. (Alaska and Hawaii customers, please see below.):
Arrives in 3 - 5 business days. Under 1lb
Arrives in 2 - 5 business days. When we say ''fast'', we mean it! 91% of our Standard ground orders are delivered within 2 business days.
In-stock orders placed before 1pm Central Time will be delivered on the next business day. In-stock orders placed after 2pm Central Time will be delivered within two business days. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify. Business days are Monday through Friday.
In-stock portion of your order will be shipped as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States (see "Shipping of In-Stock Items" below). Out of stock items will be shipped when they become available (typically within 3-14 days).
Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will be charged only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
NOTE - We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
SHIPPING OF IN-STOCK ITEMS
In-stock items are shipped on the same day for orders received before 1pm Eastern Time (11am Pacific Time). Orders received on a Saturday or a Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders received on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day.
For your convenience, your order will be followed by two emails. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email along with your order tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from shipment date for the order tracking information to appear in our Shippers system. You may also track your order by logging into your account on our site at https://highway61parts.com/account/login.
Most orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping price includes shipping and handling. Prices stated above are for shipping within Continental U.S. only.
Additional shipping and handling charge may be required for oversized and overweight items, such as refrigerator door panels, washer tubs, dryer drums and other extremely large items. In those cases the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of cancelling the order or paying the extra charge. Rest assured, customers will not be charged any additional freight without their authorization.
Due to shipper restrictions, we can only ship parts labeled as hazardous to locations within the contiguous U.S., and they must be shipped ground. If your order has a part that is labeled as hazardous, it can only be shipped ground.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Orders going to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number to track your shipment, but due to the remote locations of some of these addresses, a delivery time cannot be promised. Due to shipping carrier restrictions, oversized and hazardous materials cannot be shipped to these addresses.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number to track your shipment, but due to the remote locations of some of these addresses, a delivery time cannot be promised. Due to shipping carrier restrictions, oversized and hazardous materials cannot be shipped to these addresses.
Highway 61 Appliance Parts currently only ships to Canada. Postage is paid at the time of your order. If customs charges extra duty on your order that is the responsibility of you as we can not accurately calculate duty fees for items
While Highway61Parts.com strives to maintain up to date inventory, if a part is sold out prior to the warehouse pulling your order the part will be placed on backorder.
